Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using ATSN Global LLP services.
1. KYC Compliance and Account Eligibility
Single Entity Policy: A business account shall be strictly mapped to a single Permanent Account Number (PAN). Multiple accounts under the same PAN are not permitted.
Accuracy of Information: The responsibility for accurate submission of KYC documentation rests solely with the applicant. ATSN Global LLP shall not be held liable for any discrepancies or errors.
Entitlement to Benefits: All commercial benefits are subject to successful verification and approval of KYC documents.
2. Code of Conduct and Account Termination
Disciplinary Action: If any individual is found providing fraudulent information or engaging in activities harmful to the Company’s reputation, ATSN Global LLP reserves the right to permanently terminate the account without prior notice.
3. Commercial Settlements
Payout Cycle: All commercial benefits and settlements will be processed within 3 working days after every 15-day billing cycle.
4. Return and Refund Policy
Statutory Return Period: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the order date.
Product Condition: Only genuine, unsold, and remarketable goods are eligible for return within the 30-day period.
Failure to Dispatch: If the Company fails to dispatch products within 15 days of receiving advance payment, a full refund will be issued.
5. Logistics and Liability
Refusal of Delivery: If a "Payment on Arrival" order is refused, the transportation and logistics costs will be charged to the respective Mentor’s account.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Hoshiarpur.
7. Declaration & Acceptance
By proceeding, you confirm that:
• The KYC information provided is true and accurate.
• Any violation of company policies may result in permanent account termination.
• You agree to the 30-day return policy and jurisdiction terms of Hoshiarpur.
